Amy brings more than six years of experience working within national healthcare, where caring for people, listening carefully and helping patients feel comfortable have been central to her work.
That patient-first approach sits at the heart of Refined. Amy believes skin and aesthetic treatment should begin with a conversation, taking time to understand your concerns, your expectations and what you would genuinely like to achieve before any treatment is considered.
Her approach is calm, thoughtful and personal. Rather than following trends or applying the same treatment approach to everyone, Amy takes time to consider the individual, their natural features and the result they would feel comfortable with.
